Terms of delivery
Welcome to our online store! Before ordering, please familiarize yourself with our order and delivery conditions. When you order from our online store, you agree to comply with the distance sales conditions laid down in the law. Anyone under the age of 18 can take regular samples from our online store in accordance with the distance shopping rules. Trading is carried out in accordance with the trading instructions given by the Finnish Consumer Agency to online retailers.
1. ORDERING
The order can primarily be made using the online store's order form. Ordering is easy: Move the products you want to the shopping cart, then go to the checkout, fill in your contact information on the order form, choose the delivery and payment method, accept the delivery terms and go to the payment service. If ordering through the online store is not possible for some reason, you can contact us by e.g. e-mail. We aim to deliver all shipments the next business day after the order is placed. However, if the order cannot be sent within three business days, we will primarily notify the customer by email. We can also suggest a replacement product to ensure faster delivery.
2. DELIVERY
We deliver orders within 1-4 business days of ordering. Our delivery method is Podtnord and Posti's Postipaketti and parcel machine shipments.

3. Delivery time : Delivery times vary from 4 to 30 days, depending on whether it comesproduct from the Finnish warehouse or our foreign warehouse .
4 . PAYMENT METHODS
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Skrill (prepaid card), Visa Electron
Bank deposit, we send the invoice and when the payment appears in the account, we send the product

Business customers can order on invoice. By e-mail or phone order.
We will immediately send the product to the business customer if the credit information is in order.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of product complaints, we ask that you contact us primarily, in case of payment problems, the payment service provider.
