Delivery terms

Welcome to our online store! Before ordering, please read our order and delivery terms and conditions. When ordering from our online store, you agree to comply with the distance selling terms and conditions stipulated by law. Under 18s can take standard samples from our online store in accordance with the distance selling rules. The trading guidelines issued by the Finnish Consumer Agency for online retailers are followed in trading.

1. ORDERING

You can primarily place an order using the online store's order form. Ordering is easy: Add the products you want to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout, fill in your contact information on the order form, select a delivery and payment method, accept the delivery terms and conditions and proceed to the payment service. If for some reason you are unable to place an order through the online store, you can contact us, for example, by email. We aim to deliver all shipments the next business day after the order is placed. However, if we are unable to ship the order within three business days, we will notify the customer of this primarily by email. We can also suggest a replacement product to ensure faster delivery.


2. DELIVERY

We deliver orders within 1-4 business days of ordering. Our delivery methods are Postnord, Posti's postal parcel and parcel machine shipments, and Matkahuolto.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Skril (prepaid card), Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Invoice, Google pay, Apple pay, Discover

Corporate customers can also order by invoice, email or telephone. For corporate customers, the payment period is 7-14 days, depending on what has been agreed. We will send the product to the corporate customer immediately if the credit information is in order.


Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of product complaints, we ask you to contact us first, and in cases of payment problems, to the payment service provider.
